Orders and Returns


Dietetic Advantage orders shipped within the contiguous United States, via common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) ground service, will receive free shipping. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged a flat rate of $24.99. Most orders will ship same-day if placed before 2:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.

PLEASE double check all shipping address information to avoid delays. You can verify the correct standardized format of your address by using the USPS Address Tool.

If your order will be delivered to a business or institution, PLEASE include the business or institution name on the order form.

Neither Dietetic Advantage nor the carrier will be responsible for packages left at the residence or commercial property if the client requested such in the Order Notes. Dietetic Advantage is not responsible for shipments once picked up by the carrier. Any issues with shipments after they are shipped from Dietetic Advantage must be resolved with the carrier. Dietetic Advantage will be happy to assist you with any carrier issues.

Any order related damage claims must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receiving your package. You must keep all package contents (i.e. shipping carton, packing material, promotional items, product) as intact as possible. Failure to produce package contents to the carrier investigations representative will prevent us from replacing your damaged product.

At this time, Dietetic Advantage does not ship to destinations outside the United States.


If you are not completely satisfied with your nutritional supplement purchase, simply return the unopened product(s) along with your original sales receipt within 14 days of receiving product for a full product refund. Any applied shipping charges are non-refundable. We will not accept returns on clearance or discontinued items. Other restrictions may apply. All returns MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA #) from Dietetic Advantage. Please contact us for the RA #. Any returns that are sent to Dietetic Advantage without an RA# may be refused and sent back to the shipper, at the shipper's expense. Please note: All nutritional safety seals are verified sealed before shipment. Any opened safety seals are a result of shipping compressions, and/or the cap removal process by the client. All shipping charges for client returns are the responsibility of the client. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner, except with the original manufacturer's labels.
